Products

Please allow Marie Minks 1-2 business days to process your order, and 3-5 business days for shipping. Any orders placed on the weekends, will be shipped on the next business day.

We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen, or delayed items while orders are in transit from the shipping company. Please contact the shipping company to file a claim and resolve any shipment issues regarding your package.

ALL sales are final. There are NO returns or exchanges on any products.

Lash Appointments

A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure an appointment. Your deposit will go towards your remaining balance that is due in cash at the time of your service. a service fee of $5 is charged for any other payment method.

Please arrive to your lash appointment with a bare face free of makeup, mascara, or strip lashes. Lashes must be COMPLETELY CLEAN, free from all debris and dirt. If you have irritated eyes or are suffering from pink eye, swollen eyes etc., I will NOT service you.

This is an intimate service, please avoid bringing any extra guests unless discussed with your service provider.

There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $20 late fee is applied to your remaining balance.
after 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.
IF CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING, PLEASE DO SO AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN BEING CHARGED 100% OF THE REMAINING BALANCE.
NO CALL/NO SHOW CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE REMAINING BALANCE AND YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM FUTURE BOOKINGS.

Contact Marie Minks directly for any after hour appointments. All appointments outside of business hours are considered after hours and will be an additional $50.
